I ordered this twice. The first time UPS told me they received it damaged and I never saw it. I ordered it again and it arrived. When my husband and I tilted it to remove the box, the entire bottom was in pieces. And no wonder. . . there wasn’t a center bottom to the box. The styrofoam inside around the chest was so useless that when we opened the top, there were various places on the chest lid that had big indentations. This is my first rating after years of loyalty to products bought on Amazon, and I can’t remember who the seller was, but I had to mention how much of a disaster this packaging was. I would not recommend this seller. I went to Sears to buy it when they were having a sale, and it was cheaper than this one was. And a little elbow grease on my part was worth knowing I was getting an intact freezer.
